Centennial was started by Wayne Carwile in 1976, America’s bi-centennial year.
The company would be a contracting business, that would later be a major component to the building up of Hardinsburg Kentucky. In those days the company was responsible for the erection of facilities such as Farmer’s Bank and the County Extension office to name a few.
It didn’t take long for the company to broaden its horizons, as it started to find work in distant parts of Kentucky as well as southern Indiana. A reputation and legacy were born. Unfortunately, the founding owner passed away in 2002, and left the company to his son and foreman, Howard Carwile.
Since then Howard Carwile has taken Centennial to new heights in performance, and has earned the respect of the customers in his own rite. Centennial builds and remodels homes, restaurants, office buildings, churches, and more. From commercial to residential, Centennial Corporation promises to bring the best quality at the best price. As the slogan says , “We build on the Rock”.
Howard Carwile is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in general contracting. He is a master of logistics who is not afraid to get his hands dirty with the job he’s on. He has a great track record of exceeding expectations of his customers, while still finishing in a timely manner. He has a strong faith in Jesus Christ, which plays a major role in his loyalty to his employees and customers. It’s no wonder why people prefer him to be the guy they trust with their projects.
